What are your standard shipping times and costs?

We offer standard shipping within 3-5 business days. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping, while a flat rate of $5.95 applies to smaller orders.

Can I return yarn if the color isn't what I expected?

Yes, we accept returns on unused yarn in its original skein or ball within 30 days of purchase. Please note that wound yarn cannot be returned.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Beehive Wool Shop ships to customers within the United States and Canada. We hope to expand to more international destinations soon.

How do I ensure I get the same dye lot for my project?

Our team manually checks all orders to ensure every skein of a specific colorway comes from the same dye lot. If we cannot fulfill your order with a single lot, we will contact you before shipping.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure checkout experience.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
